Rebecca is an experienced talent development and organizational designer, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Organizational Design at Udemy.  She leads the strategic design of learning and organizational processes and solutions and utilizes a design thinking approach in her work. Passionate about the future of learning, she experiments and learns fast about what can work in today’s hybrid context. Her experience spans talent and leader strategy through to development, diverse company contexts, global internal and external consulting roles, startups to larger multinational companies.  She holds an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology. She can be found reading a good book, starting too many crochet projects and planning her next adventure with family when she isn’t designing organizational solutions.
