Maria Lucio is business psychologist with over 15 years of experience in leadership assessment and development and 20 within the field of occupational psychology. Her expertise lies in running successful projects in the selection and acceleration of talent across sectors and geographies, bringing insightful, robust solutions grounded in psychology to organisational issues. During her career, she has worked across several continents including Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas; she has a solid appreciation of how to operate across different cultures and a keen interest in diversity at the leadership level. She is Chartered with two accrediting bodies, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). In addition, she is a Fellow of the BPS and a member of the Special Group in Coaching. She worked at Deloitte as a key member of the Centre of Excellence and also at a boutique leadership firm Kaisen Consulting prior to starting her own firm The Intuition Lab Ltd in 2020. She enjoys travelling and is engaged with multiple charitable pursuits.
