Louise helps individuals and organisations fulfil their potential. She does this through deploying bespoke leadership, engagement, assessment and development interventions. 

Commercially driven Louise is a focused HR professional with Board level experience and a track record of success in delivering change. Specialisms include the assessment and development of talent at all levels (including the use of psychometric tools), coaching and the optimisation of diversity and inclusion within organisations. Louise has held various senior HR roles over the past 20 years as both a generalist practitioner and as an HR specialist. Having held high profile roles within a Corporate HR function she understands the challenges faced by internal HR teams and so deploys a collaborative, pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with clear measures of success. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and qualified in a range of psychometric tools and a Level 5 qualified Coach.
