Justin is an internationally respected business psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in leading the way in people performance. A published author and seasoned conference presenter, he has been fortunate to work across most sectors with well-known names such as BHP, Warner Brothers, Ebay, PwC, EDF  and Sainsbury’s. 

A registered Occupational Psychologist who has been privileged to learn from great minds at the University of Queensland (Aus), Kent University (UK) and Cambridge University (UK). His passions and key projects embrace cutting-edge psychometrics, talent assessment and fancy statistics.

Leadership assessment expertise includes extensive one-to-one assessments; design and delivery of multi-day assessment centres; creation of behavioural & technical leadership 360s; curating tailored psychometrics and using social network analysis to model email & meeting activity as a proxy for leadership emergence. 

His passion to predict real world outcomes extends to more innovative areas via using machine learning to predict profitable betting strategies for Super Rugby, NRL and Horse Racing.
