Jojanneke is an experienced business psychologist and leadership specialist, with global experience gained in assessment and development of senior leaders in Australia, the Middle East, the UK, and, Europe.

Jojanneke started her career at KPMG and continues to collaborate within the big 4 environment, the pharmaceutical industry, the magical circle legal firms, the banking industry, the health industry as well as the information technology industry.

Since opening her practice doors of ‘DeRoeverBull’ in the Netherlands, Jojanneke has further established herself as an experienced practitioner in the psychological management and prevention of lengthy work absenteeism for senior leadership positions. During recent years this has included the support of reintegration after a diagnosis of chronic ailments and/or long COVID. 

Jojanneke is an avid believer in the power of positive psychology and individual psychology and has a holistic, solution-oriented approach when interacting with clients. She believes in a designed alliance and individualized approach when developing support programmes and in empowering the individual to consciously connect with their inherent potential and strength profile. She is passionate about Neurodiversity at work and is currently collaborating with different parties to support a more neurodiverse leadership structure.
