Our Consultants - Hima

Hima has a career spanning almost three decades during which she has dedicated her time to helping organisations and leaders be the best they can be. With her experience as a management consultant, ICF-accredited executive coach and practice leader at global firms including Deloitte, Hay Group and Heidrick & Struggles, she brings a depth of expertise in leadership assessment and development, DEI and culture change.

Her sense of adventure and love of travel have led her to setting up new business areas in Asia and the Middle East and working with leaders and organisations across the world. 

She currently sits on the executive team of The Careers Company and is the CEO and founder of JASH Consultancy which provides clients with advisory services on DEI and leadership. Her skillset continues to be sought after by the Big 4 consulting firms where she leads and contributes to projects on an associate basis. 

During any spare time she can be found walking her black Labrador, Rocco, cooking slap up meals for her family or planning her next adventure.
