Claudia is a Psychologist with a Masters in Human Resources Management. She has over 10 years of experience in consulting, talent acquisition, and leadership assessment working for clients in the Americas. Claudia’s expertise involves leading projects designed to align talent to strategic goals by identifying future profiles through leader assessment or helping to upskill current employees. She is driven with a good appreciation of client needs and company cultures. She is fluent in English and Spanish and able to carry out leadership assessment and development programmes in both languages.
