What We Do

 The Global Leadership Collective is a group of experienced and qualified psychologists from around the world who support organisations with the leadership assessment and development of their senior people. The collective is made up of a cadre of qualified experts with at least 15 years’ experience assessing and developing leaders at the top of the biggest organisations in the world. These experts have now come together as a network to share knowledge and support initiatives within the leadership space through a unique operating model that allows us to offer best in class service to clients.  

 Our expertise allows us to provide clients with deep psychological insight about their leaders with the same high standard of output that you would expect from a global or boutique consulting firm.  Many of these experts have previously worked for at least one of the big consultancies in the assessment and development market. Some have built, run and sold businesses, others have been on the board of companies while others have led and trained teams of psychologists to deliver these services to listed and international clients globally.   

Our unique set up allows us to offer flexibility and ensure that our clients receive value for money.  We are based across the globe in a number of central hubs, including the U.K., Europe, North & South America and Australasia; this allows us to operate across multiple time zones and adapt leadership solutions to the culture of the client whilst taking a global lens. Furthermore, we have the same ability to respond at scale to client needs that you would expect from the big consulting firms and because we operate as a collective, we understand the need for collaboration in driving organisational effectiveness.
